John Mulaney is talking candidly about his union with Olivia Munn.The comedian revealed details about his marriage to the actress from “The Newsroom” during his Monday night appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers.” He told the host of the late-night talk show that he “got married, thanks a lot, it’s the best.” Mulaney joked, “Hello, Mom,” telling Meyers, “I call her mom now.” Munn’s mother, Kim Schmid, was present at the performance. “I’ve encountered many intriguing circumstances. He told Meyers, “But they’re the best, man,” after joking that “marrying into a large Vietnamese family is one of the most fun things I’ve ever done.” He went on to say that getting married to Munn was “the single greatest time in my life.”

Munn’s pregnancy was “a big surprise,” according to Mulaney, for both of them. “We were truly (like), ‘Huh,'” he remarked, evoking laughter from the assembly. He says he and Munn try to emulate the sense of security he got from knowing how much his parents loved each other. “Therefore, Olivia and I make an effort to express our love for Malcolm.” Over the past year, Munn and Mulaney have experienced highs and lows. In March, the actress revealed that she had undergone four surgeries, including a double mastectomy, while privately battling breast cancer. The actress thanked Mulaney for “the nights he spent researching what every operation and medication meant and what side effects and recovery I could expect” in an Instagram post at the time.
